Other account oriented course is CMA. If you are interested in statistics, you may go for Bachelor of Statistics or BA in Statistics courses.
Most of my relatives are saying that CA is very tough.
Most of them say that it may take more years to be completed.
So is there any high salary paid jobs none other than CA?
or Nice course like CA?
Yes, CA course is tough. But if you have decent academic aptitude and are willing to put in the required effort, it won’t be tough to complete the course. Duration depends on how many attempts you take to crack the exams present in the course.
Other good courses are- CMA, Actuarial Science, B.Stat., Management courses etc.

Integrated law course of BBA + LL.B. is a good option.
I have given 12th exam and I belong to commerce + maths stream. I am confused between b.stat and actuarial science.
If you love mathematics and statistics subjects, go for B.Stat. course. If you are into probability, permutations and combinations, go for Actuarial Science. Both are good courses.

Each course has its own difficulty level. Law education is not too easy. You’ll have to remember lots of points and laws. If you have good memory power, it’ll not be too hard to deal with.

For such high profile job, you must consider pursuing PG course like MBA, after completing the undergraduate course.
I’m in 12th commerce and Confused between finance and management.(i.e BFA or BMS) I do not have interest in maths and accounts.More into theoretical subjects.I’m looking forward for a corporate job.Suggest me a degree course in Mumbai and a chartered course to complete along.
Looking at your interests, I will suggest that you go forward with management course.
I wish to do MBA after graduation. So which one would be good if I opt for BMS
Specialization should be based on the career you want to build. Anyway, Finance, International Business, HR and Operations Management are doing good at the moment.
Sir,
i am really interested to do BMM… but many say it is not a good career option.
is that true?
BMM course has decent scope. Mass Media sector will grow even more. You my build a rewarding career in that sector. But, you must also possess necessary skills and aptitude.
Hii sir..

But sir, after learning Science for 2 years how can I try for LAW (something which I’m interested in other than Economics), without knowing the very basics to write CLAT. Would it be practical to spend a year studying for it and attempting it then?
Allen, if you are really passionate about that field, you may take that step.
hiii sir
m confused whether i should choose bms or event management

Rossy, personal choice would be Event management. Your selection should be based on your aptitude, skills and interest.

Ravneet, some of the best courses and career paths have been mentioned in the article. Tell me more about your interests. Based on that input, it will be easier for me to suggest suitable courses. 🙂
Hello Sir,
My name is Allen. I studied PCMB till 12th. However I’m looking forward to do a career related with the financial sector. My primary aim is to pursue a career in Economics. My parents believe I should have another plan as a backup if I fail to meet up with the cut off percentage required to join the college. I don’t have any interest in pursuing Medicine ( as its too common) or Engineering (as I’m hopeless at Physics). Now I don’t know what else to aim for other than Economics and I seek your assistance on that aspect.
Allen, other than Engineering and Medicine, numerous interesting courses do exist. Some notable ones are- B.Sc. programs, Animation and Multimedia (BA, B.Sc., B.Des. etc), Bachelor of Design courses, Architecture, Travel and Tourism management courses, Management education, Law (Integrated law course) etc. Other than economics, any other favorite subject?
Hello sir i m confused between event managment n animation course bt i want to do both according to u which is best course n the best university for that ?? Another question is interior design nice one ??
Rupal, all courses have their own scope and potential. The key is to find a course that suits one’s aptitude and talent. It is difficult to compare event management and animation. Both are different courses leading to totally different careers! You have to select one among them based on your skills. Tell me more about your strengths, likes etc.
Hello sir,
I am a commerc student in 12 this year ,but i am interested in hotel management so ,what i do ?

Sir,actually I am a commerce student and my sibling is a science student, both have appeared for the 12th. Our fathers are together in the business. My sibling does not want to study science as it wont help our business. So can u suggest us any course. We will be obliged.
Smit, management courses will be good for you guys. UG level courses include BBA and BMS. But it’d be better to go for MBA. It is PG program though. You may pursue 3 or 4 years long courses (including BBA) and after completing it, go for MBA.

Tanu, soft skills course is aimed at improving employability skills of students. Doing that course along won’t be enough. That course can be pursued after any undergraduate course to improve your confidence and communication skills. I’ve heard about short term courses. They are job oriented. Suitable for getting entry level jobs in small and medium scale industries.

Sir i am planning to take commerce in 11th. i read the above article but it leaves me confused about a lot of things. Sir i don’t know what to pursue after my 12th. My aim is to get a good job with a good salary by the age of 23. If i could get some sort of help about what to pursue after my 12th it could leaves me an idea about why i am choosing commerce stream. Nikitha, actually there is nothing like good stream or bad stream. Each stream has its own scope. If you are talented and enthusiastic, you may go on and build a good and rewarding career in any field. I suggest that you go forward with Science stream. It will give you access to some job oriented professional courses. Not saying that commerce stream is bad! Otherwise go through the science stream courses article written on this site. It will help you know about what the careers will be like, in case of each stream. Based on that analysis, you may take an informed decision.
