    • Agriculture course will give you access to govt sector jobs. But the course is quite saturated and there is competition for jobs. Forensic science is a good option too. But you must be willing to work hard in this domain.

    • Yes, you are eligible to pursue B.Sc. Animation and other B.Sc. courses. Try NDA entry to join the Armed Forces right after 12th (check if you satisfy the age limit and other eligibility criteria).

    • State wise entrance test marks are usually taken into consideration. Depending upon the institute, institute wise entrance test may also exist. Secure admission in Government institute. Fees will be lesser than what it is in Private institutes.

    • B.Sc. Geology is a good course. It has decent scope in India. If you are interested in a job that involves outdoor work, research and bit adventure, this course is a good choice.

    • Rahul, after B.Sc., you may go for MCA or M.Sc. M.Sc. will be suitable. But if you have your heart set on MCA, go for it. More or less, the course quality is the same.

        • Mustakim, you could get admission, a lot depends on merit marks. What about private institutes? For other choices, you may put Chemistry or Computer Science (since you mentioned them before).

    • Anusha, usually state entrance tests are enough. Some institutes have their private selection test. Talking about psychology, during M.Sc. phase, you may specialize in sub disciplines within that field. After course completion, you may work as psychologist.

    • Rutuja, yes, there is B.Sc. Physiotherapy course. For admission, marks scored in board exam and state entrance are usually taken into consideration. After M.Sc. there are other jobs available too, research, Government jobs etc.

    • Rahul, after B.Sc. aviation, there are plenty of opportunities. Otherwise you may pursue courses like cabin crew training, ticketing course etc and get a job in aviation sector.

    • Varsha, MBBS would be the best course. Other good ones are- BDS, BPT, BOT and B.Sc. programs. Choose any one based on marks you’ll get.

    • It is a separate course. You may get job in food processing companies. At present, the scope is decent. Self employment opportunities are good.

    • Jerry, B.Sc. in Animation and Multimedia or BA in Animation and Multimedia courses will be of help to you. After completing the course, you may work for graphic design companies, film production houses, advertising firms etc. You may also work as a freelancer.

  71. Sir, I’m really passionate about science especially PHYSICS and I have decided not to go into engineering or medical fields. I have decided to take up a BSc course in a reputed college basically: The IISc.
    Since i am in 10 presently i have to choose either Biology or Computer science along with PCM next year………….i’m really confused what to choose..
    And then, regarding the job that i’ll get after this course…b’cause i have to assure my parents about my career so that they can make plans..
    because i really know that the value of BSc has degraded to great extent but for such a silly reason I can never give up my passion towards physics.

    • Ramyashri, if pursued from good Indian colleges, B Sc Degree still has good value. You may choose computer science as the optional subject. Regarding jobs, the good ones available are- teaching (after M Sc), Research and Development, Government Organizations (ISRO, DRDO etc). There are many job opportunities like the ones mentioned before. You just have to ensure that you pursue the course from a reputed institute and score good grades throughout the program!
