  3. I finished my DECE (Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engg) long back and want to start my career as a Teacher. I heard in AP, the technical diploma is not valid for doing D.Ed. Is there any institute/Board/University which recognises the technical diploma is equal to 10+2 (intermediate) to join the D.Ed. course. Please guide me. Thanks,
