The bank will send a text message to the registered mobile number shortly. Check the SMS and find your latest account balance. To use this service, you must give the missed call using your registered mobile number. In other words, this service will work only if your mobile number is linked to your bank account. How to register?
If your mobile number is already registered with the bank, there is no need to register for missed call banking service separately. If your number is not registered yet, simply follow these steps –
- Visit the home branch of The Veraval Mercantile Coop Bank
- Obtain the KYC form
- Enter your mobile number on the form and update the details
- The mobile number will be added/linked after verification
How to check account balance by giving a missed call?
Dial 9099094400 from your registered mobile number. After ringing for 2-3 times, the call will get disconnected automatically. You will receive SMS alerts shortly from the bank. The SMS will show details about your latest account balance.

The bank also provides a push SMS alerts service. Customers may fill up the SMS alerts application form and enable this service. After this service is enabled, the bank will send SMS alerts indicating financial and non-financial transactions.
