NCHMCT JEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered eligible to appear for NCHMCT JEE, a candidate must satisfy certain conditions (academic and non-academic). NTA shall entertain application forms from eligible candidates only. So, before filling up the application form, a candidate must make sure that he/she meets these requirements set by the NTA.

 

Educational qualification

Minimum educational qualification required is –

Candidate must have passed 12th standard with English subject. Please note that English subject is mandatory.

 

OR

 

Candidates appearing for 12th class final exam and waiting for their result may also apply. However, such candidates must submit proof of passing 12th class and meet other requirements by the time of admission process.

NTA is known to release NCHMCT JEE online application form on the 1st week of January each year. Yes, the application form is available online. There is no other mode to apply for this test!

Step by step registration process

As discussed before, an applicant may register for the test online. There is no other way to apply for this test. Let us check out the steps now –

  1. Visit official website of NCHMCT JEE (ntanchm.nic.in). The website is maintained by the NTA.
  2. On the website, look for ‘NCHM/NCHMCT JEE 2023’ link. Click on the link.
  3. The website allow you to register for the test.
  4. Enter relevant credentials and fill up remaining part of the application form. Candidates will be asked to enter personal details such as – name, address, email address, contact number etc.
  5. After entering personal details, upload scanned images of your passport size photo and signature specimen. The scanned copies must adhere to the guidelines (format and size) set by the authorities.
  6. Pay the application fees. Payment can be made online through credit/debit cards or net banking. If you want to pay offline, go for e-challan.
  7. After completing payment process, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  8. Take a printout of the application form for reference and further use.
  9. There’s no need to send physical copy of the form to any address.

NCHMCT JEE syllabus can be broadly classified into 5 main subjects/sections. Here they are –

  1. English language: Synonyms & antonyms, rearrangement of sentence, choosing words, idioms and phrases, comprehension etc.
  2. General knowledge and current affairs: India, World, curret affairs, culture, politics etc.
  3. Reasoning and logical deduction: Analytical reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, alphabet test, decision making, words sequence, direction, seat arrangement, cause and effect, venn diagrams etc.
  4. Numerical ability and analytical aptitude: Ratio and proportion, simple and compund interest, average, permutation and combination, probability, speed and distance etc.

NCHMCT JEE admit card contains the following details –

In short, it contains vital information about the candidate. Candidates should bring their admit card to the exam hall. Without it, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the test.
