ICAR AIEEA application process consists of the following main stages –

ICAR AIEEA 2022 Registration

1. Visit the official website of NTA ICAR (icar.nta.nic.in).
2. Click on fill application for ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 link (or your preferred exam).
3. If you have not registrered for ICAR AIEEA 2022 before, click on new registration link. If you have already registered for the same, you may login with your credentials.
4. Go through the information brochure and read the instructions carefully.
5. Tick on the button provided.
6. Click on the proceed button.
7. Fill up the registration form by entering the following details – personal details, address and contact details.
8. Choose a strong password and configure your security question.
9. Enter the security pin/captcha code and click on submit button.
10. Go through the review page and search for errors. Verify the particulars by ticking on relevant boxes.
11. You may click on edit registration form button to go back and make changes on the registration form.
12. After verification, click on I agree tick box.
13. Click on the final submit button.

 

The registration process is over now! After submitting your registration form, the system will generate an application number. Note down your application number.

 

After completing registration process, you may proceed to form-filling process. You may either choose to continue the process (after registration) or login later (using application number and password) and access the application form.

Once the application number is generated, you will be able to find ‘complete application form’ button right under it. You may click in this button and access your application form.

Steps to fill ICAR AIEEA Application Form

1. Access the application form.
2. Enter personal details (nationality, domicile, category, disability, place of residence etc).
3. Enter choice of exam (name of the test, subjects to be attempted in exam, choice of exam center, medium of question paper etc).
4. Enter academic details for 10th and 12th class (pass status, stream, type of school, name of board, year of passing, mode of result, marks scored, roll number, name of school etc).
5. Enter details about visible marks on your body.
6. Enter security pin/captcha code and click on submit button.
7. Review your application form and search for errors.
8. If you want to go back and edit your application form, click on edit application form data button.
9. Verify the particulars by clicking on relevant boxes.
10. Click on ‘I agree’ button.
11. Click on final submit button. A popup bar will appear. Click on yes button.
12. Click on upload images button.
13. Upload scanned images of candidate’s passport size photograph, thumb impression and signature specimen. Scanned images must adhere to the guidelines set by the NTA.
14. Enter security pin/captcha code, click on ‘I have verified uploaded images carefully’ button and click on upload button.
15. Click on pay examination fee button.
16. Select the mode of payment and proceed for payment.
17. Select payment provider and pay the application fee.
18. After paying the application fee, you will be redirected to the original website.
19. Download the confirmation page and take printout for further use/reference.
