GUJCET 2022 Registration Process

1. Visit the official website of GUJCET (gujcet.gseb.org).
2. Search for GUJCET registration link/tab/option and click on it.
3. Fill up the registration form by entering the following details – Candidate’s name, guardian’s name, surname, gender, mobile number and email id.
4. Enter a strong password and confirm it.
5. Enter the captcha/security code and click on ‘register’ button.

 

Registration process is complete. After successfully submitting the registration form, a candidate will be redirected to GUJCET login page. He/she may proceed with fee payment and form-filling after signing in.

 

GUJCET 2022 Application Form

Registration process is followed by payment of application fee, form-filling and uploading relevant documents. Come, let us check out the steps involved in this stage –

 

Steps for filling GUJCET application form

1. Access GUJCET login page.
2. Sign in after entering your credentials (email id or mobile number, password and captcha code).
3. Search for ‘payment’ tab or link on the menu bar of the website. Click on the link.
4. You will be redirected to payment page. Click on ‘pay now’ button to proceed.
5. Choose your preferred mode of payment and pay application fee.
6. Check the payment receipt and take its printout for further use/reference.
7. Access GUJCET application form and enter the following details – personal details, examination details and school details.
8. Upload relevant documents.
9. Click on ‘save’ button.
10. Go through the declaration text and accept it by clicking on relevant box.
11. Click on ‘submit’ button.
12. The system will generate an application number. Note down your application number.

 

Details required

While filling up the application form, a candidate is supposed to enter the following details –

• Personal details: Name of the candidate, date of birth, gender, category, disability (if any), family income, Aadhar card number etc.
• Contact details: Email id, mobile number and landline number (optional).
• Address: Address of residence, taluka, city/village/town, state, district and pin-code.
• Examination details: Board code, year of passing board exam, academic group and medium of instruction.
• School details: HSC school index number, name of school and center code.
• Documents: Scanned images of candidate’s passport size photograph and signature specimen.

 

GUJCET 2022 Application Fee

• GUJCET application fee is 300 INR.
• A candidate may pay application fee online (credit card/debit card/net banking).
• A candidate may pay application fee SBI Epay’s SBI branch payment option at nearest SBI branch.

While filling up the application form, a candidate is supposed to upload the following documents –

• Latest passport size photograph of the candidate
• Candidate’s signature specimen

• All scanned images must be clear, not blurry.
• Upload your latest passport size photograph.
• Don’t wear cap/mask/sun-glass/dark glass while getting the photograph clicked.
• Signature specimen must be on white paper.
• Sign using black or blue inked pen only.

GUJCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

 

For B.E. or B.Tech. admission

• For taking part in the admission process of the GUJCET, candidates need to pass the Class 12th Board Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• In the subject part, the candidate must have Mathematics and Physics as their main subject or compulsory subject along with the any of the following subjects: Biotechnology, Chemistry, Technical Vocation Subjects, and Biology.
• You need to score minimum forty-five percent marks in total in your Class 12 board examination. This for the general category. For the reserved categories like SC, ST, and SEBC category, the aggregate marks must be forty percent.

 

For B.Pharm. admission

• For taking part in the admission process of the GUJCET, candidates need to pass the Class 12th Board Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• In the subject part, the candidate must have Mathematics and Physics as their main subject or compulsory subject along with the any of the following subjects: Biotechnology, Chemistry, Technical Vocation Subjects, and Biology.
