If you want to get a Government seat or merit seat, you must crack the relevant entrance exam. These exams are conducted each year by relevant authorities. A merit list is prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in relevant entrance exams and/or board exams. Based on this merit list, seats are allotted to deserving candidates. Some colleges are also known to conduct donation-based admission processes.
