Admission process
The admission process varies from one B.Ed. college to another. Reputed institutes rely on a merit-based admission process for seat distribution.
Under the merit-based admission process, seats are distributed among deserving candidates on the basis of their performance in relevant entrance exams and interviews. However, as I mentioned before, the admission process may vary from one college to another.
Some colleges are known to carry out a direct admission process. This usually happens when a college has vacant seats at its disposal. Many colleges also conduct a donation-based admission process. Such seats are usually labeled ‘management’ or NRI quota seats.
