Online registration
- Visit the relevant website of RRB.
- Search for online application or registration link and click on it.
- Register as a new candidate.
- Enter personal details, contact details, academic details and complete the registration process.
- Upload scanned images of your passport size photograph and signature specimen.
- Upload scanned documents if required.
- Pay the application fee.
- Take printout of the form and payment receipt for further use/reference.
Offline registration/application
- Obtain the application form from relevant RRB website or employment publications.
- Fill up the application form by entering the following details – personal details, academic details, contact details, address etc.
- Fix your passport size photograph on the assigned space.
- Attach the following documents to the application form – postal order or bank draft, passport size photograph of the candidate, academic certificates, NOC certificate (if required) etc.
- Send the application form to the specified address.
