10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (Science stream). It has been noted that eligibility criteria may vary from one institute to another. Some institutes are known to accept students from any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science), who have had mathematics subject in 10+2.
Admission process
Reputed institutes rely on merit based admission process. Marks scored by students in 10+2 board exam and/or relevant entrance test is taken into consideration. Based on the marks scores, a merit list is formed. Depending upon the cut-off marks, seats are allotted to deserving candidates.
