Block Canara Bank ATM Card using Net Banking

Follow these steps to block your ATM card using net banking service –

1. Open the net banking portal of Canara Bank
2. Enter your credentials and login
3. Find the ‘request’ option and click it
4. Click on the ‘debit card hot-listing’ option
5. Choose the card that you want to hotlist
6. Click on ‘hot-list’ button
7. Confirm your choice by clicking the ‘confirm’ button
8. You will be asked to enter your transaction password
9. Enter the password and click on ‘submit’ button

  The bank will process your request and provide a reference number. You may store this number for future reference. Your ATM card has been hot-listed successfully.

The SMS format is – “CAN [space] HOTLISTCC [space] Your card number Your date of birth (YYYYMMDD)”.   Send this SMS to – 9266623333 from your registered mobile number. You will get confirmation from the bank shortly. Your credit card has been successfully blocked now.
