Dial 8468001111 from your registered mobile number. After 1-2 rings, the call will get disconnected automatically. Soon, you will receive an SMS from the bank. Check the SMS and find details about your account balance. If you have two accounts linked to the same mobile number, you will receive two messages.

 

A customer won’t be charged for dialing the number mentioned above. Customers who have savings account, current account, overdraft account or cash credit may use this facility. Missed call balance enquiry service can be used 3 times in a day (maximum).

 

How to fetch mini statement by giving a missed call?

Dial 8468001122 from your registered mobile number. After 1-2 rings, the call will get disconnected automatically. Soon, you will receive an SMS from the bank. Check the SMS and find details about your last few financial transactions.

 

A customer won’t be charged for dialing the number mentioned above. If you have more than one account linked to your mobile number, you must set a ‘preferred’ account number (for getting mini statement). Send the text ‘REG [space] last 4 digits of the preferred account number’ to 9176612303 or 5616150 from your registered mobile number to set a preferred account. Missed call mini statement service is available once in a day.
