Recruitment process
Only candidates who appeared for GATE 2022 are eligible to take part in the recruitment process. Eligibility criteria varies from one PSU to another. First of all, interested candidates have to register with the PSU (mostly online, through the PSU’s website) for GATE 2022 recruitment. The dates for online application of registration will be issued by the PSU. PSUs use GATE 2022 score to shortlist applicants. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for qualifying tests (in case of some PSUs), GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview). Final merit marks is calculated. Final selection is made on the basis of merit marks and vacancy. There will also be a medical test (most of the PSUs conduct medical test).
