This discipline plays a huge role in diagnosing different types of diseases and conditions.   Interior organs/parts/tissues of human body are not visible to the naked eye. Doctors need medical imaging technology in order to obtain the visual representations of these organs, tissues and parts.   X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI Scan, Sonography, Endoscopy – these are different forms of medical imaging technology. Medical imaging technology can be used to obtain visual representations of bones, muscles, tissues, organs (stomach, intestines, lungs, brain etc).   These visual representations are used by Doctors to make clinical analysis. Clinical analysis by a Doctor leads to diagnosis. Based on the diagnosis, a Doctor charts treatment plans and methods.   In short, medical imaging plays an important role in diagnosis and clinical analysis of the patient (or his/her condition). 2. Advanced Diploma after completing 2 years
3. Bachelor’s Degree certificate after completing 3 years

If a student chooses to quit the program after completing two years, he/she will walk away with an Advanced Diploma certificate.
