How to crack CEED Exam

The students preparing for the CEED Exam must work hard for the exam with keeping the following steps in mind –

Syllabus collection-

The students should collect the syllabus for the exam via the official website and take notes of the problematic topics. Since, the different syllabus is taught by different universities across India, it’s possible that not all topics are covered in your regular course.

Sorting Topics-

When you’ve sorted out the problematic topics, devote more time to the topics. If the topics are uncovered in your regular course, never hesitate to take professional help. Online tutoring is another option to get professional help without leaving your couch, and it saves time too.

Previous years questions –

Try to solve the previous year’s question papers especially related to the topics which are your nightmares. Try to solve the online questions in online mode itself.

Speed up your preparation-

Try to set the alarm while preparing and try to finish the question before the set duration. Rehearse your fingers on the keyboard for quick typing. Try to take online coaching if possible to get yourself acquainted with the online answering mode.

Understand fundamental concepts-

CEED comprises of both analytical and creative parts. Preparing your loopholes will help you score well. However, never ignore your strengths.

Polish Strengths-

Polish your strengths such as Drawing, writing or Communication Skills.  Your strengths will give you the boost required to qualify with a handsome score.

Be Creative-

Enhance your creativity and try to find out more innovative ways to express your creativity. The drawing style, writing topics should be chosen carefully. Add humour and think out of the box. Being crazy is sometimes a boon.

Speed Up Sketching-

Practising sketching can help you compensate the questions you failed to reply or replied hastily without proper logic and calculations. Take up random topics to write about and keep on stretching your limits. Nobody knows what will be the topic given in the paper so picking up random topics develops your imagination and reflex to create.

CEED Mock Test-

CEED will conduct mock tests for the registered candidates so that they can have a basic idea regarding the papers they’re going to attempt at the real CEED Exam. These will also introduce the aspirers to the question pattern and complication level of the question paper in the new exams session. This will help them enhance their ability to perform in the CEED Exam.

Sample papers-

CEED will release a set of sample papers for the new candidates and will help them to achieve their goal to crack the CEED Exam. Sample papers can also give the idea of the fields important to crack such as logical or analytical etc. These papers build up the confidence of the candidates for the actual test.

Reference to the Key-

Analyzing and matching your own answer with the key of previous question papers will give you an accurate idea about the flaws and never beat around the bush.

Prefer art over writing-

Try to reply in sketches as much as you can. If the question doesn’t ask an answer in black & white, then prefer drawing to reply. Art being an abstract medium will give the least scope for marks deduction.

Current affairs-

Though current affairs form a very small part of the questionnaire but still when you’re competing with 7000 candidates even half of a mark makes a huge difference. Try to mug up recent facts, development in the field of architecture and contemporary arts. Cinema is too a form of art.

Add colors-

No matter if the question doesn’t ask to add shades, adding colors are a beautiful way of expressing creativity and balance. The examiner will definitely be impressed with that extra effort.

Research-

Research about the relevant material everywhere. Try to crack questions of similar exams or go through the content available. The exam patterns can help you be smarter in choosing the problems in the finals.

Expand vocabulary-

After you’ve selected the medium of answering in the exam try to enhance the hold on the language. It’ll help you write far better. Learning idioms, phrases and adding new words to your vocabulary will definitely help you write much better and quicker.

YouTube it-

Yes, everything is available in videos there. Some of the videos can be very helpful to understand the logic and analytic part of the paper. Try to search videos tutoring and subscribe to the helpful channels.

Professional coaching-

Taking a professional paid coaching will always be the best tried and tested the way to crack any exam. Look for the centres who are dedicated towards such aptitude exams with experienced faculty. Try to find out one which suits your budget and requirements.
